    Aaron Coleman

    Regional Property Manager, Southeastern U.S.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Emery and Associates for over nine years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! Led by Greg Kinney and Simer Ghuman, they run a truly outstanding Class A organization.

Throughout our long partnership, their professionalism and expertise have consistently impressed me. The team maintains clear communication, ensuring I’m informed at every step and that all my questions are answered before issues arise. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality set them apart from others in the industry.  I say this as a professional in the construction industry of over 20 years.

What I value most is the strong working relationship we've developed over the years. Greg and Simer genuinely care about their clients, always going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who not only meets deadlines but exceeds expectations in terms of workmanship routinely.

If you’re looking for commercial repair services, I wholeheartedly recommend Emery and Associates. Their leadership and dedication make them an excellent choice!

    Martha B. Burdette, Ph.D.

Head of School Ben Franklin Academy

Emery and Associates carried out the architect’s plan for a major expansion for our school in an exemplary way. Since we operate twelve months of the year, the construction team members had to work around faculty and staff and were as respectful as possible with the noise, dust, and dirt of construction. With classes beginning the first of August, Emery and Associates had to plan out and complete the work within a short building schedule. They were able to meet the deadline with inspections so that we could start the school year on time.

Ben Franklin Academy was very pleased with the workmanship of the project and with the professionalism of the Emery and Associates’ team and trade workers. The expansion and renovations exceeded everyone’s expectations, and we commend Emery and Associates on their outstanding work on our project.
