With over 24 years of construction industry experience, Dan Liles has a proven track record of meeting all types of challenges to complete difficult projects on schedule and in budget. Dan's career includes more than 14 years as a commercial project superintendent and another decade as the owner/operator of his own contracting company, responsible for managing projects from initial proposal through final completion. Dan coordinates with owners and architects throughout the project to ensure Emery & Associates delivers the highest quality end results in the most efficient way possible. In addition to cost estimating, supervising subcontractors, and other management tasks, Dan also has hands-on experience that includes a wide range of construction trades, from site work and structural framing to carpentry, interior finishing, and architectural woodwork. This broad knowledge base helps Dan keep projects running smoothly and provide the highest quality end results.
