
Emery & Associates’ program for On-call Maintenance Services offers our Clients a single-source contact for all of their on-going maintenance and mission-critical needs. On-call services include maintenance items, small-scale remodeling, and specialized, technically challenging projects. Problems are solved with minimal disruption and down-time to our Clients.
Work in occupied spaces is scheduled so that staff and guests do not know we are there to the greatest extent possible. Noise, debris and dust are unacceptable during normal business hours. Spaces are kept clean and orderly during construction. Work is performed to the same level of commitment for all projects and Clients; whether start-up companies or Trophy Interior spaces.
