Mike Stephens began working in the construction field while still in high school, rising to a superintendent position before he started college. His career covers over 30 years in the business, the majority of that time specializing in office and commercial renovation work. Prior to joining Emery & Associates Mike spent 14 years with another contracting firm providing “on call” construction services at the Coca-Cola Company’s Atlanta headquarters, handling a variety of office space renovations, remodeling and repair work, and other special projects. Many of Mike’s current clients have a similar relationship with Emery & Associates, calling his team in when the scope of work exceeds what their own maintenance staff can handle. Mike reviews proposed projects, provides initial cost estimating and scheduling, then oversees the hands-on work through final close out. Drawing on his extensive experience with renovation and remodeling projects, he and his team do whatever it takes to ensure clients receive a quality product, on time and in budget, without infringing on their customers.
